Operations Analyst / Outsourcing & Third-Party Risk Management Support

Our client, a global financial services provider, is looking for an Operations Analyst to provide essential support in the day-to-day activities for Outsourcing & Third-Party Risk Management, with a focus on changes in response to the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support comprehensive risk assessments in relation to third party suppliers, vendors and outsourcing
• Review and update management reports related to Outsourcing & Third-Party risk management
• Maintain and update documentation, including procedures, the outsourcing portfolio, the register of information, and the internal control system
• Assist in the roll-out, gathering, and review of Key Performance Indicators

Required skills and experiences:

• At least 2 years post graduation experience gained in financial services
• Familiarity with DORA and its impact on outsourcing and third-party risk management is desirable
• Hands-on experience in oversight and monitoring of third-party risks
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Robust analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
