Well established HK IPO practice of a leading international law firm is looking for junior Paralegals/ Legal Assistants for their growing Capital Markets team in Hong Kong. If you are a Paralegal with experience in Hong Kong IPOs and proficient in Mandarin, this could be an excellent career move for you.
Working alongside experienced Partners and Associates you will be actively involved on a range of Hong Kong IPO transactions.
You will have:
1-3 years of experience HK IPO transactions gained within a well-recognized law firm (International or Local). Expertise in drafting for HK IPOs and due diligence would be a plus.
Bachelor's degree from a recognised law school
Strong candidates with varied qualification can be considered for a future track and the opportunity for future promotion
