Paralegal/Legal Assistant
Description
Boutique marital and family law firm in Miami, Florida is seeking a full time remote legal assistant/paralegal with a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in marital and family law or civil litigation to join the law firm.
Legal/Assstant or paralegal should be able to manage tasks that include, but are not limited to, preparation and management of discovery, calendaring and scheduling, e-filing, drafting of pleadings, motions and correspondence and assisting the lawyers of the law firm.

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years’ experience in marital and family law or civil litigation.
- Effectively able to communicate with clients and members of the judiciary.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a busy office.
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage your own cases.
- Knowledge of Clio, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
Salary:
