The Position:
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated litigation paralegal who seeks more
than just another job. Daily responsibilities include:
* Legal and factual research
* Drafting legal documents including briefs, pleadings, appeals, agreements, contracts and legal memoranda
* Assisting lawyers in the preparation of pleadings and motions
* Preparing and answering written discovery
* Preparing correspondence
* Organizing and tracking case files
* Reviewing and monitoring new and updated laws and regulations
* Helping with trial preparation including witness lists, exhibits and trial binders
* Assisting lawyers in the courtroom
* Accurately and timely submitting billing for work performed

Dooley Gembala is a downtown-caliber firm located in Sheffield Village, Ohio just 25 minutes from Downtown Cleveland and 10 minutes from Westlake.
